Emergency Protocol
During an emergency or natural disaster in which you cannot access your account through the Wealth Analytics website, please follow these steps:
Contact the Wealth Analytics office by phone or email. 1-858-794-2100 service@wealthanalytics.com
If you cannot contact the office, then contact your custodian directly:

• Shareholders Service Group (Altruist and Pershing): 1-858-530-1031
• Pershing LLC:1-888-367-2563
• Schwab Alliance (Charles Schwab): 1-800-515-2157
Please note: During an emergency or natural disaster you should be prepared to provide your account numbers. Wealth Analytics has made every effort to create a business recovery plan that will allow you to access your accounts during an emergency or natural disaster; however, we cannot guarantee that our plan will be successful in every circumstance.
